Here is what to keep an eye on:
- Use Engagement: Monitor Daily Active Users (DAU) and Monthly Active Users (MAU)
- Conversion Rates: Who is where in the Funnel?
- Customer Satisfaction: Use surveys and Net Promotor Score (NPS) for feedback.
- Churn Rate: Why is my user not staying? That's what you understand by this exercise.

To find what's gonna work is by testing and experimenting with different things. It's alllll about the data!
