Beyond its core functionalities, Simply Coach is committed to protecting sensitive client information. Adhering to stringent security standards like SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR, the platform ensures the utmost confidentiality and privacy for users.
Lack of Data for Execution: We had strong design ideas, but the necessary heatmaps and historical data was missing to use data driven decision making to find the best possible UX to increase CX.
Combining Offerings: They initially combined "business" and "solopreneur" offerings, which complicated the UX. We had to simplify the landing page by creating two distinct sections for clarity and ease of use.
Brand Consistency with New UI: They requested the use of existing brand colors and fonts while adhering to outdated guidelines, making it challenging to create a visually cohesive new UI.
Collaborative Iterations: We conducted multiple iterations as more data became available, ensuring a collaborative approach that gradually refined the designs.
Strategic A/B Testing: We developed 3-4 versions of the landing page for each strategy, enabling A/B testing to accurately determine the most effective design.
Innovative UI Exploration: We experimented with various UI themes, including black-and-white, gradient, B2B SaaS, and fintech styles, all while maintaining the brand’s color scheme, achieving a balance between client expectations and creative innovation for a CX which ended up with 7.45%.
In conclusion, Simply Coach project presented a unique set of challenges, including limited data availability and the need to balance brand consistency with innovative design and demanding CX. Through a collaborative approach, strategic A/B testing, and extensive UI exploration, we successfully overcame these hurdles and delivered a landing page that effectively communicates the platform's value proposition and drives user engagement.
